Earth Crust Space Dust & a Glimpse Towards Deep Time

When 600 million years ago and Earth covered with glaciers is seen as not all that long ago -- that's what I call a glimpse of deep time. Exterior top is Earth crust slurry from the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, applied thickly, and it contracted on drying and firing resulting in this self-organized brick formation. The band outside of it is from the Creataceous Tertiary Boundary, then gold leaf below, then, Namibian rock slurry that holds clues to a fully glaciated Earth about 600 million years ago.

Interior shiny and exterior matte white glazes assembled from refined materials.
