The flow on a vertical surface of sediment from this mappable dredge made a mess (or is it?) where the vase sat on a kiln shelf. I amended the flesh-tearing edges with epoxy putty and left the tracks that may bring me closer to a sense of the Galapagos that I'll ever get (I would love to visit there).
